Role Description The Insurance Producer is responsible for generating new business and maintaining a book of clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and relationship management. This full-time hybrid role is based in London, ON, with the flexibility to perform some duties from home while attending the office as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, presenting appropriate insurance solutions, preparing quotes, and processing policy applications and changes.

The Insurance

Producer will provide ongoing customer service, follow up on renewals, handle inquiries and claims-related questions,



and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and brokerage standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying current on insurance products and market trends, and contributing to sales targets and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong insurance sales and insurance product knowledge skills, with a focus on personal and commercial lines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust, explain coverage clearly, and support clients effectively.
- Understanding of employee perks or related group products, and ability to discuss coverage options with clients.
- Relevant insurance licensing in Ontario (e.g., RIBO) or eligibility to obtain licensing within a specified timeframe.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage a client portfolio, and work with CRM or brokerage management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients both in-office and remotely.
- Previous experience in an insurance brokerage or financial services environment is an asset.
