International Trade & Inventory Specialist

Supply Chain and Operations Manager

BASIC FUNCTION

As International Trade & Inventory Specialist, you will play a central role in helping to keep our business running smoothly — overseeing inventory management, leading international trade and coordinating purchasing decisions to ensure our products move seamlessly from suppliers to customers. You'll collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align operations with the broader goals of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

· 3+ years of operations experience

· Experience working with ERP systems

· Experience with Logistics & 3PL coordination

· Experience with Purchasing

· Experience with International Trade

Education

· Any Degree in the related field.

· Second language an asset, preferably Mandarin

General

· Ability to maintain organized and accurate records

· Excellent multi-tasking skills

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to prioritize activities, advocate a course of action and pursue consistently to completion

· Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure

· Attentive to details

Technical

· Experience within an ERP system

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Word

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

· Working knowledge of Dropbox and/or Box

MAJOR DUTIES and Responsibilities

Sales, Service, Marketing and Operations support

· Logistics & International Freight coordination.

· Shipping cost coordination.

· 3PL Coordination overseas

· Duties/HS Code coordination.

· Inventory Management across locations.

· Purchasing, RFQs, PO placement, receiving coordination

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
