Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical support through chat, email, and support tickets
- Troubleshoot account, browser, device, login, and product issues
- Reproduce reported problems and collect relevant technical details
- Guide users through clear, step-by-step solutions
- Escalate confirmed bugs and complex issues to engineering teams
- Document resolutions and maintain internal knowledge-base articles




- Track recurring technical issues and identify improvement opportunities
- Follow security, privacy, and data-handling procedures

Qualification

Required

- Diploma, degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related area
- Understanding of operating systems, browsers, networks, and common software issues
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred

- Previous help desk, technical support, or customer service experience
