We are seeking an IT & Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and security of Senstar’s IT environment. This position blends infrastructure management, end-user support, and cybersecurity responsibilities, requiring a hands‑on professional who can operate across systems, networks, and security domains.

What You Will Do

Provide end-user support and serve as an escalation point for complex IT issues

Manage and maintain servers, infrastructure, and core business systems

Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services

Support and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and switching

Perform security monitoring, alert triage, and incident response

Manage endpoint security, patching, and system hardening processes

Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures

Collaborate across teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations

What You Bring

5+ years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and security operations

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Azure)

Solid networking knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, routing/switching, DNS, DHCP)

Experience in security operations (monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation)





Experience supporting mid‑sized environments (200+ users)

Hands‑on expertise with Windows systems, endpoints, and patch management

Ability to troubleshoot independently across systems, networks, and user environments

Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting/automation tools

Strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Relevant certifications are considered an asset
