Leduc LINX Connect Centre is a non-profit supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. We’re looking for a full-time Job Coach to help clients succeed in meaningful employment and community involvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Support clients in learning and maintaining workplace skills
- Transport clients to and from work and activities
- Assist with resumes, job searches, and workplace integration
- Build relationships with employers and advocate for inclusive hiring
- Keep accurate daily notes and reports
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma (Human Services education/experience an asset)
- First Aid with CPR/AED (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
- Valid Class 5 license, reliable vehicle with $2M liability insurance, and clean driver’s abstract
- Strong documentation, computer, and communication skills
- Clear criminal and intervention record checks
