In this full time role, the QA Worker will oversee essential activities such as engagement, research, and service reviews as part of the Child Well-Being Law initiative.

You'll work diligently to maintain high standards of quality and cultural safety while collaborating across departments. Your insights will guide community engagement and enhance the credibility of reports and findings. Key Responsibilities:

- Establish QA standards for documentation and engagement
- Validate qualitative and quantitative data findings




- Track performance indicators and community engagement
- Analyze and refine reports for clarity and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with ISC jurisdiction readiness Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Social Sciences
- 3–5 years of quality assurance expertise
- Familiarity with Indigenous governance matters
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Bilingual in English and Anishinaabemowin preferred Play a pivotal role in advancing community health and governance through careful quality assurance at M’Chigeeng First Nation.
