Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) journalier(ère) de production pour effectuer principalement le tri manuel, la manutention et la préparation de matériaux industriels dans notre atelier de Berthierville.

La personne sélectionnée travaillera à différentes étapes de la production et sera formée directement en milieu de travail. Nous recherchons avant tout une personne fiable, travaillante, attentive et à l’aise avec le travail physique.

Responsabilités principales

- Trier manuellement différents matériaux industriels;
- Séparer les métaux, les matières réfractaires et les autres composantes;
- Retirer manuellement les pièces et les contaminants indésirables;
- Alimenter les postes de travail et déplacer les matériaux;
- Effectuer diverses tâches de manutention;
- Participer au nettoyage des matériaux et des zones de production;
- Effectuer des inspections visuelles simples;
- Utiliser les outils manuels nécessaires au travail;
- Maintenir les lieux de travail propres, ordonnés et sécuritaires;
- Respecter rigoureusement les procédures et les règles de santé et sécurité;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche générale liée à la production.

- Confort dans un environnement industriel parfois poussiéreux et bruyant;

Qualifications et expérience
- Aucune formation académique particulière n’est exigée;
- Une expérience comme journalier(ère), manutentionnaire, trieur(euse), aide de production ou travailleur(euse) d’usine constitue un atout;




- Une expérience dans le domaine des métaux, du recyclage ou des matériaux industriels constitue un atout;
- Formation complète offerte en milieu de travail.

Langues
- Français fonctionnel;
- Anglais fonctionnel : un atout.

Production Labourer – Manual Material Sorting

Permanent, Full-Time – 40 hours per week – Day Shift

Position Summary

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Production Labourer to perform manual sorting, material handling, and preparation of industrial materials at our Berthierville facility.

The selected candidate will participate in various stages of production and will receive on-the-job training. We are primarily looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, attentive, and comfortable performing physical work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manually sort various industrial materials;
- Separate metals, refractory materials, and other components;




- Remove unwanted parts and contaminants by hand;
- Feed workstations and move materials;
- Perform general material-handling duties;
- Assist with cleaning materials and production areas;
- Perform basic visual inspections;
- Use the hand tools required for the work;
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe;
- Strictly follow occupational health and safety procedures;
- Perform other general production duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience
- No formal academic training required;
- Experience as a production labourer, material handler, sorter, factory worker, or general labourer is an asset;
- Experience with metals, recycling, or industrial materials is an asset;
- Full on-the-job training will be provided.

Languages
- Functional French;
- Functional English is an asset.
