Asari Technologies is growing, and we’re looking for a bilingual (English/French) early-career professional to join our HRIT consulting team. This is a launchpad role: we’ll sponsor your SAP certification and mentor you into a consultant or project management track.
What you’ll do
- Support SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation projects across our client portfolio
- Assist with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation
- Work directly with senior consultants and clients to learn delivery from the ground up
- Take on increasing ownership as you build domain expertise
What we’re looking for
- Bilingual — fluent in English and French
- 0–5 years of experience (recent grads welcome)
- Confident, professional communicator who’s comfortable in client-facing settings
- A natural problem-solver who thrives on ambiguity and figuring things out
- Versatile — genuinely interested in growing into either a consulting or PM career path
- Based in or willing to work from the Montreal area
