What you’ll Do
- Submitting and following up on reimbursement claims to Amazon and Walmart on behalf of businesses
- Gathering and reviewing supporting information for claims
- Building and maintaining good rapport with customers
- Monitoring Amazon and Walmart case logs and inventory management tools
- Working alongside a team to achieve goals
- Training and support provided for all of the above
What we are looking for:
- Experience with applications like Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
- Comfortable with email, phone calls and video calls
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Effective task prioritization
- Adaptability
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Keen to learn new concepts
- Able to provide a criminal record check
Nice to have:
- Any familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart) or shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, etc.)
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems
