We Rock The Spectrum Kids Gym Oakville is recruiting for a FULL TIME General Manager for our inclusive indoor playground!

Job Title: Kids Indoor Playground General Manager

Hours: MUST BE adaptable to work all shifts (weekdays, weekends, holidays) year-round.

Location: Oakville, Ontario

Responsibilities:

Our outstanding team of committed coaches are the key component to make our gym a success. You will require to have full knowledge of all services and prices, and understand each piece of equipment in the Gym and know what to recommend when seeing a child having difficulty.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Interactions with children of ALL abilities – especially those with special needs
- Book/Plan and host birthday parties / special events / classes / camp
- Register new clients / Cash
- Open / Close Gym
- Create and manage employees schedule
- Purchase supplies
- Deal with customers requests and complaints
- Work on sale goals, plan events and marketing




- Maintain cleanliness of all areas in the gym
- Manage employees (hiring, training and performance)
- Other duties / tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- 1-2 Years experience working with children in any setting (preferably with special needs children)
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with children of ALL abilities.
- 1 year management experience in any setting
- Must be fluent (Verbal / Written) in English
- Pre-employment screening, including a background check (police check and vulnerable sector check) and CPR certification.
