The Surly Mermaid Restaurant is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher/kitchen hand.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.




- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
