Baxter's Pub is looking for three motivated Pub Cooks / Line Cooks to join our kitchen team immediately.
We're a busy neighbourhood pub known for great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for dependable team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in preparing quality food.
Wage
$22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to Baxter's quality and presentation standards.
- Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work station throughout your shift.
- Follow all Food Safe and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy lunch, dinner, and event service.
- Assist with inventory rotation, stocking, and general kitchen duties.
- Help create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook,
or in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
- Food Safe certification is an asset.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred.
