This role requires a focus on quality management and compliance, overseeing laboratory operations and Point-of-Care Testing programs. You’ll collaborate with clinical teams to deliver exceptional diagnostic services while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership for Laboratory Services Department
- Maintain laboratory Quality Management System (QMS)




- Oversee Point-of-Care Testing programs
- Collaborate with physicians and regional laboratory partners
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent
- 5-10 years progressive experience in medical laboratory
- Expertise in quality management and regulatory compliance
- Membership with CMLTO and CSMLS required
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
