- Perform specimen collection and processing accurately
- Conduct tests in Hematology, Chemistry, and Transfusion Science
- Maintain high-quality lab standards and patient care

- Ensure compliance with Ontario Laboratory Accreditation Requirements

Requirements:

- Certification from the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
- Experience in a core laboratory with phlebotomy skills
- Proficient in Laboratory Information Systems; Meditech preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated commitment to a safe workspace
