We are seeking a proactive and energetic Labourer to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our outdoor and indoor environments. Your efforts will ensure that our facilities remain welcoming, functional, and well-kept, supporting the overall operational excellence of our organization.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work both indoors/outdoors and contribute directly to the upkeep of our grounds and infrastructure through hands-on tasks and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine cleaning of offices, lunchrooms, washrooms, shops, and common areas.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins and maintain cleanliness throughout facilities.
- Mow grass, trim vegetation, and assist with landscaping/gardening activities.




- Remove snow and ice from walkways, entrances, and parking areas.
- Assist with basic building maintenance tasks, including painting, changing light bulbs, minor repairs, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of yards, storage areas, and workspaces.
- Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment, lawn care equipment, and snow removal tools.
- Assist with facility moves, event setup, running errands and other general labour tasks as required.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, hazards, or safety issues.
- Follow company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cleaning, labour, landscaping, or maintenance experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.

- Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
- Willingness to learn maintenance and facility care practices.
- Robust work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
