Duties

- Assist with planting, pruning, mowing, and general gardening tasks to maintain healthy and attractive landscapes
- Operate machinery such as excavators and power tools safely and effectively for construction or landscaping projects
- Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering solutions
- Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to prepare sites, install features, or perform repairs
- Perform landscape maintenance activities including edging, fertilizing, mulching, and debris removal
- Help with construction-related tasks such as setting foundations,



assembling structures, or installing features under supervision
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safety and functionality

Requirements

- Prior experience with construction or landscaping is preferred but not essential; willingness to learn is key!
- Ability to operate mechanical equipment such as excavators or power tools is a plus
- Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance practices
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic plumbing skills are advantageous
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and physically capable of lifting moderate loads
- Strong attention to safety procedures when handling tools and machinery
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for equipment transportation or site access
