This position will involve working with 27 correspondent life company lenders and various institutional sources to facilitate financing solutions. Your entrepreneurial mindset will drive success as you cultivate significant relationships within the industry. Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate debt and equity financing for commercial real estate
- Foster relationships with property owners and developers
- Structure, facilitate, and close mortgage transactions
- Keep Largo’s CRM updated with activities and data
- Learn about the lending programs of correspondent lenders Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking
- Solid customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
