Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care and Landscaping Technician, where your expertise will transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, well-maintained landscapes. This role offers an exciting chance to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and machinery, and contribute to creating beautiful environments in all seasons. You’ll be responsible for maintaining lawns via cut and trims and/or executing landscape maintenance tasks with precision and enthusiasm, ensuring client satisfaction and environmental health during the summer lawn care season.

If you remain for our winter season, you'll be responsible for snow and ice removal, ensuring our clients have a safe, walkable environment. We value reliable, hardworking, and athletic individuals eager to deliver the best quality services for clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine lawn care maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing off debris to maintain healthy, attractive lawns.
- Apply treatments such as fertilizers, broad leaf applications, and weed control applications (when applicable).
- Operate lawn care and landscaping equipment.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks like pruning shrubs, planting flowers, removing/planting flower and rock beds to enhance aesthetic appeal.
- Complete designated work safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients,



addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services.
- Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic mechanical repairs to ensure longevity and safety.
- Follow safety protocols at all times while handling tools and machinery in outdoor environments.
- Monitor and report on the health of clients lawns.
- Effectively work and communicate with coworkers to ensure work stays on task, is completed quickly, and the job is up to company standards.

Qualifications and Skills

- Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or lawn maintenance is highly preferred.
- A valid drivers licence and reliable transportation to our dispatch locations.
- Ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods of time.
- Construction background or experience with outdoor building projects will be advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a high level of energy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
