- Assist in negotiating commercial agreements for the Firm
- Research legal developments and prepare guidance materials Requirements:
- Law degree and membership with the Law Society of Ontario
- 3-4 years of experience in business law firms or in-house
- Proven negotiation and drafting skills in legal agreements
- Strong public speaking and training experience
