We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Lawyer - Family Law to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload and participate in all aspects of our family law practice, including:
- Representing clients in the Court of King’s Bench for divorce and separation proceedings.
- Representing clients in the Alberta Court of Justice in family law proceedings.
- Drafting and negotiating comprehensive separation, cohabitation, and post-nuptial agreements.
- Providing legal advice and advocacy regarding parenting arrangements, child support, and spousal support.
- Managing files with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with partners and support staff.
Qualifications
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
- Demonstrated experience in family law, including knowledge of the Court of King’s Bench processes.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive client matters with compassion.
- Proficiency in modern law office software and cloud-based document management.
