Summary The primary responsibility for the Lead Carpenter is to support the Construction Manager as requested to keep the project moving forward. Health & Minimum Requirements Healthy & physically fit

Own PPE and personal tools

Have your own vehicle to get to and from jobsites all over the lower mainland, and hold a valid BC Driver’s License

Clear communication in the English language and able to follow instructions

Minimum 10 years of Residential Renovation or New Construction experience required

Red Seal Carpentry Ticket (Or able to challenge) General Responsibilities Follow site safety rules.

Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and safely: forming, framing, finishing, door and window install, clean up, and other various carpentry tasks





Electrical/painting/plumbing/drywall are all subcontracted out but – you need to have a general understanding of these other trades; and how they work together in “house as a system”
