Your responsibilities encompass overseeing investigations, providing strategic legal guidance, and prosecuting complex cases before the Discipline and Appeal Committees. Additionally, you will work closely with investigative teams and advise on crucial legal matters impacting the CPA Ontario landscape. Key Responsibilities:

- Prosecute regulatory cases before committees and courts
- Manage investigators on behalf of the Skilled Conduct Committee




- Supervise and direct investigations from start to resolution
- Advise on legal matters and policies for the Enforcement team
- Collaborate on complex investigations throughout the complaints process Requirements:
- LL.B / J.D. and Law Society of Ontario membership
- 15+ years of litigation and prosecution experience
- Proven ability to lead complex investigations independently
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Digitally proficient and organized in high-pressure environments Defend professional ethics and integrity by leading regulatory prosecutions with CPA Ontario.
