We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development Co-op student to support the design, coordination, and delivery of employee learning initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate training, talent development, employee engagement, and learning administration. The successful candidate will work closely with the Learning and Development Lead to help create impactful learning experiences that support employee growth and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the coordination and administration of training programs, workshops, and learning events.
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the Learning & Development module within Oracle HCM.
- Support the development and maintenance of training materials, presentations, guides, and e-learning content.




- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics related to training participation, compliance, and learning effectiveness.
- Track employee training records and maintain learning data within Oracle HCM.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing training feedback, participation metrics, and learning effectiveness data.
- Coordinate training schedules, invitations, attendance tracking, and communications.
- Assist with employee engagement, career development, and talent management initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for HR and Learning & Development projects as required.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled as a full-time, post-secondary student in a recognized institution, pursuing Human Resources, Business, and/or any other related discipline.
- Eligible to participate in a co-op or internship program.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Confident and professional individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present in front of groups, take questions and engage a group.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

This position will be based in office and in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is a new position.

Duration: 8 to 12 MONTH CO-OP OPTION The estimated hourly range for this role is $21.00 to $23.00, based on your experience and qualifications.
