Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Leasing Agent role based in Montreal, QC, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Leasing

Agent will manage the full leasing cycle, including listing properties, scheduling and conducting showings, and guiding prospective tenants through the application and approval process. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, explaining lease terms, and ensuring accurate lease administration and documentation.

Agent will collaborate with property owners and managers to understand property features,



set competitive rental rates, and support occupancy targets. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date records in leasing systems, following local regulations, and contributing to process improvements that support RBG’s technology-enabled leasing approach.

Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of leases and lease administration, with the ability to explain terms clearly and manage documentation accurately.

Experience in residential leasing and property management, including coordinating showings and supporting the full leasing lifecycle.

Solid customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and building positive tenant and owner relationships.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English; French language proficiency is an asset.

Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

Comfort working in a hybrid environment, using technology and CRM or property management software to track leads and leases.

Knowledge of local rental regulations and best practices in residential leasing in Montreal or willingness to learn quickly.

Previous experience in real estate, leasing, or a related field, and a valid driver’s license for property visits are preferred.
