Our real estate practice involves purchases, sales, refinancings, private lending transactions, commercial acquisitions, leasing matters, development projects, and other complex real estate transactions. The Role:

- Manage time, resources,



workflow and deadlines of the legal professionals
- Schedule appointments and perform client administration
- Draft correspondences and manage communications with lenders, law offices and clients
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Prepare real estate conveyancing and schedule clients for signings
- Attend to commercial real estate files
- Attend to corporate business closings
- Attend to real estate closings
- Prepare final reporting for clients

The Ideal Candidate:

- Legal Assistant Diploma/Certificate (an asset but not a requirement)
- Familiarity with Alberta Land Titles (an asset but not a requirement)
- Previous real estate experience (an asset but not a requirement)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication

Salary to commensurate to experience. Pay: $42,500.00-$65,000.00 per year
