Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Perform precision wheel alignments using computerized equipment
- Inspect and repair front end and suspension systems, steering components, and shocks and struts
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting tasks and when operating maintenance equipment or power tools..
- Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle serviced, documenting all repairs performed.




- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer service experience.

Qualifications

- Valid license as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic with current certification.
- Proven experience or similar automotive repair background.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of vehicle repairs or parts handling.
- Experience with welding techniques and assembly processes is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate repair details to clients.
