Role Description This is a full-time, remote Life Insurance Agent role based in YOUR OWN HOME. The Agent is responsible for remotely meeting with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs, explaining policy options, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and following up with leads,



conducting needs-based consultations, preparing and submitting applications, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, handling policy questions, and supporting clients through changes in coverage. Agents are expected to collaborate with their team, participate in training, and stay current on product offerings and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening and empathetic communication.
- Relevant provincial insurance licensing or eligibility to obtain is required.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills are beneficial.
