Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Life Insurance Agent.

The Life Insurance

Agent will consult with clients to assess their insurance needs, explain life insurance products, and recommend suitable coverage options. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new clients, conducting virtual meetings, preparing quotes and proposals, and processing applications in compliance with regulatory requirements.



The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, providing policy reviews, addressing questions and claims-related inquiries, and keeping accurate records in the company’s systems.

The agent collaborates with internal teams and brokerage partners to stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Candidate will be trained directly and licensed as part of the hiring process. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing client support.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly in virtual settings.

Self-motivated with proven time management, organization, and goal-setting abilities.

Previous experience in life insurance, financial services, or advisory roles is an asset but isn't vital in the least. You will be trained and apprenticed to be an expert financial advisor.
