Fifty Parallel Tap & Grill is a busy, locally owned restaurant in Campbell River serving pub favourites with a Greek influence. We take pride in great food, consistency, and a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a busy kitchen, take pride in quality food, and work well with others, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation during service.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy periods.
- Assist with prep work and cleaning as needed.

Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience is preferred but we’re willing to train the right candidate.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Food Safe certification is an asset.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
