Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Support meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Serve dishes to guests in a skilled and courteous manner when required
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food service and customer satisfaction

Experience

- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate




- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety practices
- Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in a commercial kitchen environment
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for safety, sanitation, and quality assurance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of serving protocols and food service operations
