We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join Parma Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and a commitment to food safety and quality. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new techniques in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards,



ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for various dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Participate in the cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils after use.
