Job Summary

We are hiring a Line Cook with proven Mexican cuisine experience to join our kitchen team. This position requires hands-on experience preparing Mexican food in a restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Mexican menu items according to recipes and standards
- Handle prep tasks
- Work efficiently on grill and line stations during busy service
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements (Must-Have)

- Experience working in a Mexican restaurant is required
- Solid knowledge of Mexican ingredients and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
