We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing workstations
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely service




- Stock supplies and notify management of inventory needs
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates
