Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality, consistency, and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and handling protocols
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and garnishing ingredients
- Support the team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Follow all health department regulations and safety procedures to ensure a safe kitchen environment




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent guest service

Requirements

- 2 years previous food service or restaurant experience is required
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper sanitation practices
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Full understanding of meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality food presentation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

- Our staff has a generous weekly tipout that adds $4-8 per hour.
