The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining building systems, performing repairs, and providing exceptional service. Living in office, you will also handle various tasks such as inspections, maintenance logs, and seasonal upkeep. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct regular fire equipment inspections
- Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and waste areas
- Address residents' maintenance requests and concerns Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years in a maintenance or superintendent role
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
