Job Summary

H-Authentica Group | Luxe.Live.Now is looking for a confident, polished and highly accountable Live Seller & Luxury Client Advisor to join our Winnipeg team.

This position combines live on-camera product presentation, luxury retail sales, client relationship management and customer follow-up. You will host live-selling sessions,

assist clients with personalized product recommendations, respond to inquiries and help convert interested buyers into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

Host live-selling sessions and present products clearly, confidently and professionally

Explain product features, pricing, payment options and availability accurately

Provide personalized luxury shopping advice and product recommendations

Respond to client inquiries through social media, messaging platforms and other company channels

Follow up with interested buyers and help convert inquiries into completed sales

Build and maintain strong relationships with new, repeat and VIP clients

Maintain current knowledge of products, pricing, promotions and company policies

Assist with order coordination, invoicing, payment-plan follow-up and after-sales service

Support product staging, live preparation and showroom presentation

Maintain a polished and skilled appearance during live sessions and client interactions

Meet individual and team sales, follow-up and customer-service expectations





Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timelines

Qualifications

Previous sales, retail, customer-service or client-advisor experience is preferred

Experience in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, live selling or social-media sales is an asset

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable speaking and presenting naturally on camera

Able to explain products confidently and respond to client questions in real time

Strong sales instincts with the ability to follow up and help close sales

Professional, reliable, organized and highly accountable

Able to work independently while contributing to a team

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-focused environment

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Fluent English is required

Tagalog or other additional language skills are an asset

Basic knowledge of social media and online messaging platforms is preferred

Compensation

$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability

Typical starting rate: $19 per hour

Schedule

Full-time position

On-site in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Tuesday to Saturday schedule

Some evening live-selling sessions may be required

Must be available to start as soon as possible
