Schedule Options:

- Full-time Night Shift
- Thursday – Sunday (2 x 8-hour shifts, 2 x 12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate time-critical domestic and international shipments.
- Dispatch and communicate with drivers, airlines, and service partners.
- Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery.
- Ensure customs documentation and shipment data are accurate.
- Respond quickly to delays, service issues, and customer requests.
- Provide professional customer service via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records and update transportation management systems.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Requirements:

- Previous logistics, dispatch, freight forwarding, or transportation experience preferred.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.




- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable making decisions under pressure.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; transportation/logistics software is an asset).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping is an asset.
