We are seeking an Assistant Manager & Makeup Artist — a rare hybrid role for a beauty professional who loves both artistry and leadership. This position is perfect for someone with a creative eye, an elevated aesthetic sensibility, and a talent for organization and brand storytelling.
This is not a “front desk” position — it’s a career opportunity to shape how guests experience our brand, both in the salon and online.
The Role
This role blends hands-on beauty artistry with creative direction and operational leadership. You’ll manage the guest experience, oversee front-of-house and retail presentation, and provide exceptional makeup artistry for clients, photoshoots, and special events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver luxury-level makeup applications for guests, bridal parties, and content shoots
- Manage daily salon operations with a concierge-level approach to guest care
- Maintain salon presentation and lead visual merchandising across retail + service zones
- Support and inspire the team through communication, organization, and accountability
- Coordinate schedules, guest flow, and front-end systems to ensure an exceptional client journey
You Are
- A passionate beauty professional with exceptional artistry and attention to detail
- Confident in makeup application for everyday, bridal, and editorial looks
- A natural leader who brings calm, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction
- Organized, self-motivated, and fluent in multitasking in a high-end environment
- Experienced in luxury service, hospitality, or leadership roles within beauty or retail
