We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our MAD Pizza team, driving excellence in restaurant operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key leader, you will oversee daily restaurant functions, manage staff, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment. Your passion for food service and leadership will inspire your team to achieve operational success and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and customer service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, interviewing, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and efficient team.
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
- Utilize POS systems such as Micros to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring prompt service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies,



and ensure proper food storage to minimize waste and control costs.
- Enforce health regulations and safety protocols to uphold a protected working environment for all staff members.

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management with a focus on pizza or similar cuisine.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with strong team management skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms; cash handling experience is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality-driven mindset.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in interviewing, training staff, and managing restaurant operations is highly desirable.
