Our client, a rapidly growing dental organization with clinics across Ontario, is looking to add a Marketing Manager to their team.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across a growing network of clinics, balancing organization-wide brand initiatives with localized campaigns that drive patient acquisition, retention, and community engagement. You will work closely with Operations, Regional Directors, Clinic Managers, and other internal stakeholders to support established locations as well as new clinic openings.
This is an exciting chance for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the marketing function of a rapidly expanding healthcare organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute an overall marketing strategy aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide brand initiatives while ensuring consistency across clinics, marketing materials, digital channels, and patient touchpoints.
- Partner with Regional Directors, Clinic Managers, and Operations to develop localized marketing plans that support the goals of individual clinics.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across website optimization, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, online reputation management, and patient acquisition campaigns.
- Support current clinic openings through comprehensive launch and community-marketing plans.
- Develop marketing strategies for acquisitions, provider launches, service-line promotions, and established clinics looking to accelerate growth.
- Create annual marketing calendars,
promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
- Lead community outreach programs, partnerships, sponsorships, referral initiatives, open houses, and local events that strengthen clinic awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance through key metrics, analytics, and ROI reporting, using data to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, creative partners, photographers, videographers, printers, and other vendors.
- Provide clinics with marketing guidance, resources, templates, and best practices to support successful local execution.
- Stay informed on dental marketing trends, emerging technologies, competitive activity, and evolving patient-engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Operations, Recruitment, Business Development, People & Culture, and senior leadership.
- Spend time within clinic locations to understand their needs, build relationships with clinical teams, and support community events and marketing activations.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Direct dental industry marketing experience is required, either in-house with a dental organization or through an agency supporting dental clients.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience,
ideally within a multi-location dental group, dental support organization, or dental-focused marketing agency.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
- A strong understanding of patient acquisition, patient retention, local clinic marketing, and community engagement within the dental industry.
- Experience across digital and traditional marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, email marketing, reputation management, print advertising, and analytics.
- Experience developing localized marketing strategies based on community demographics, competitive markets, and individual clinic needs.
- The ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and manage multiple campaigns, clinic openings, and competing priorities simultaneously.
- A creative and innovative approach, with the confidence to introduce new ideas and challenge existing ways of doing things.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, measure ROI, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, operational leaders, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing agency, creative-partner, and vendor relationships.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations across the GTA and Southern Ontario.
Compensation Range: $85,000 - $120,000.
