Requirements

- 3+ years in executive search or recruitment, specifically within Finance, M&A;, or Investment Banking.
- A verifiable track record of high-value business development and successfully managing retained or exclusive mandates.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to act as a peer to senior investment professionals.
- The ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and team meetings.
