At Woodlyns, we believe hospitality is one of the most meaningful ways to care for people.

We're creating a neighbourhood restaurant inspired by a fusion of Jewish and Chinese traditions—bringing together warmth, generosity, and bold culinary expression in a way that feels modern, welcoming, and uniquely our own.

We're looking for a Floor Manager who leads by example, thrives in the dining room, and believes that exceptional service begins with genuine care for both guests and teammates.

As a leader on the floor, you'll help create memorable dining experiences, coach and inspire the service team, and ensure every guest leaves feeling welcomed, valued, and eager to return.

What You'll Do

- Lead each service with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
- Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff in real time.
- Create memorable guest experiences and recover service gracefully when challenges arise.
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
- Support opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Work closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless communication and exceptional execution.
- Help build a culture where teamwork, accountability, and kindness are part of every shift.

Who You Are





You likely have

- 2–3+ years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- The ability to stay calm, organized, and positive in a fast-paced workplace.
- High standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- A hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor.

Experience
