Managing Director – Technology We are seeking a Managing Director to work with investment professionals and lead direct investments in the Technology sector with a focus on Software, emerging AI and digitization themes.

Responsibilities - Lead deal teams comprising analysts, associates, principals and support consultants while working under the Senior Managing Director.

- Evaluate new investments, conduct industry and company due diligence, build sophisticated financial models, arrange debt financing, negotiate legal documents, and formulate value creation plans.
- Prepare written recommendations and present findings to the Senior Managing Director.
- Remain involved post‑transaction to implement value‑enhancing initiatives with investment partners and management teams.
- Serve on boards or sub‑committees and play an active role in origination, creating a “right to win” and unique value‑creation levers.
- Conduct desk research, network with management teams, industry participants, and attend conferences and trade shows.
- Collaborate with Global Sector teams and Investments on departmental initiatives, and lead sub‑sector research and deep dives.
- Seek to lead deals with high‑level communication from global sector SMD.

Qualifications - 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally recent experience leading deals in Technology private equity.

- Strong track record of technology/software investing;





experience in Technology M&A; in a lead role in corporate development is desirable.

- Supplementary experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.
- Experience conducting due diligence and leading multiple diligence streams (financial, operational, legal, tax, insurance).
- Ability to arrange debt financing and negotiate documentation.
- Experience serving on Boards of Directors and established network of industry professionals.
- Strong negotiation, collaboration and communication skills with the ability to balance priorities and lead projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel globally.
