Willow Tree Mind & Wellness is looking for a creative, highly reliable Marketing Content Coordinator to help launch our Back-to-School campaign and support ongoing marketing and educational content.

Our Founder will lead the marketing strategy, messaging and creative direction. Your role will be to turn clear instructions and rough ideas into polished, ready-to-use materials while keeping assigned projects organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities

- Create social graphics, carousels, Stories and Reel covers in Canva
- Edit simple videos and Reels from provided footage
- Format and schedule content through Meta Business Suite
- Create parent resources, educational materials, activity sheets and downloadable tools
- Support email, referral and program-promotion materials
- Make routine Squarespace updates to content, images and links
- Organize campaign assets, track deadlines and check materials for accuracy
- Repurpose approved content across different formats and channels

What We’re Looking For




- You must be highly proficient and effective in Canva,
- able to work independently from written instructions and comfortable communicating virtually when questions arise.
- You should be organized, reliable, responsive to detailed corrective feedback and able to follow through on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with AI tools, Google Drive, Squarespace and Meta Business Suite is an asset. Bonus points for experience creating educational or healthcare content, useful templates or systems you can bring to the role, video-editing skills, or being located in Toronto and available for occasional content-filming sessions.

This is a virtual contract position for approximately 6–12 hours per week at $25-$35 per hour depending on skills and experience. Hours will vary depending on campaign timelines. The position will begin with a paid trial project.
