We are seeking a passionate and skilled Masseur/Masseuse to join our wellness team and deliver exceptional massage therapy services to our clients. In this role, you will provide therapeutic and relaxing massages that promote physical well-being, reduce stress, and enhance overall health. Your expertise in various massage techniques, combined with excellent customer service and communication skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel cared for and rejuvenated.

Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage.
- Assess client conditions and discuss their wellness goals to recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their comfort levels and any specific preferences or concerns during sessions.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client feedback, and progress notes for future reference.
- Ensure proper use of massage equipment and supplies,
including oils, lotions, and linens.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times while fostering a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Masseur/Masseuse or in a similar therapeutic massage role.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology to better understand client conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and listen attentively to client needs.
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program or licensing where applicable by local regulations.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
