Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, vehicles, and equipment to identify potential issues early.
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components accurately.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently by diagnosing faults using technical manuals and diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize repairs and ensure minimal downtime during operational hours.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Assist in ordering parts and supplies needed for repairs, ensuring availability for scheduled maintenance.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical diagrams and manuals.
- Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers effectively.
- Proficiency with power tools including drills, grinders, impact wrenches, and saws.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in vehicle or machinery repair is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
