About the Role

As a Part-Time Medical Aesthetician, you will be an essential part of our client experience. Working closely with the clinic owners, you’ll deliver personalized treatments, build trusting client relationships, and help reinforce our clinic’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced aesthetic services including facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, RF skin tightening, and other treatments offered at the clinic.
- Use your Instagram and social media creativity to highlight your work and showcase our Med Spa’s results, promotions, and atmosphere.
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and assessments; design tailored treatment plans for each client.
- Stay updated on the newest skincare trends, technologies, and industry innovations.
- Educate clients on skincare products and recommend personalized at-home regimens.
- Follow up with client inquiries,



including calling new clients to answer questions and guide them through services.
- Upsell skincare products and treatment packages to support client goals and enhance results.
- Maintain a spotless and organized treatment room; strictly adhere to sanitation and sterilization protocols.
- Provide exceptional, memorable customer service and handle client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with front desk operations as needed.

Requirements

- Licensed Medical Aesthetician with strong knowledge of skincare procedures and treatment protocols.
- Demonstrated experience performing a range of aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, positive, team-oriented personality.
- Experience with retail sales and confidence recommending skincare products.
- Passionate about client care, education, and delivering a luxury service experience.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Close attention to detail, with a commitment to safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
