We are looking for a passionate, professional, and motivated Medical Aesthetician to join our growing medical skin clinic. We are seeking someone who is dedicated to providing exceptional client care while confidently educating clients on treatments and professional skincare.

The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoys building lasting client relationships. In addition to performing high-quality treatments, you'll play an important role in recommending treatment plans and medical-grade skincare products that support each client's goals. Sales performance is an important part of this role, and commission opportunities are available on qualifying retail and treatment package sales.

Candidates must also have experience with front desk responsibilities in a medical aesthetics, medical, or spa setting. This includes confidently answering phones, booking appointments, checking clients in and out, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is comfortable balancing both treatment and reception responsibilities in a busy clinic environment.

Responsibilities





- Perform professional medical aesthetic treatments with confidence and attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and product recommendations.
- Recommend medical-grade skincare products and treatment packages based on client needs.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
- Meet individual retail and service sales expectations through education and excellent client care.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared according to clinic standards.
- Assist with front desk duties when required, including booking appointments, answering phones, and processing payments.

Qualifications
- Medical Aesthetician Diploma (required)
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics clinic (2 years) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals.




- Previous front desk/reception experience in a medical aesthetics clinic, medical office, or spa is required.
- Experience using clinic booking and point-of-sale software is an asset.
- Ability to confidently manage both treatment and front desk responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
