MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN — OTTAWA

Minimum 5 Years of Experience Required

Karine Lauzon RN Clinics is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our growing Ottawa clinic.

We are looking for a confident, skilled professional with a minimum of five years of hands-on medical aesthetics experience. The successful candidate must have experience performing advanced treatments using:

- Potenza RF Microneedling
- HydraFacial
- Laser Genesis
- Cynosure Icon laser and IPL technology

This position is ideal for an established Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing a luxury client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced facial, skin-rejuvenation, RF microneedling, laser and IPL treatments safely and confidently
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare programs
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client’s concerns and goals
- Educate clients about treatment expectations, preparation, aftercare and maintenance
- Document treatments accurately and maintain complete client records
- Take consistent before-and-after photographs
- Follow all infection-prevention, sanitation, laser-safety and clinic protocols
- Maintain clean, organized and fully prepared treatment rooms
- Recommend professional skincare products and complementary treatments when appropriate
- Build lasting client relationships through knowledgeable, honest and attentive care
- Collaborate with our nursing, medical and administrative team
- Participate in ongoing education, training and clinic initiatives

Required Qualifications




- Minimum of five years of professional experience as a Medical Aesthetician
- Hands-on experience with Potenza RF Microneedling, HydraFacial, Laser Genesis and the Cynosure Icon platform
- Recognized Medical Aesthetics or Advanced Aesthetics diploma or certification
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, treatment indications and contraindications
- Demonstrated understanding of laser and IPL safety
- Excellent consultation, communication and client-care skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to treatment safety
- Professional, reliable and confident working independently
- Comfortable recommending skincare products and treatment programs based on genuine client needs
- Able to work in a busy, high-standard clinical environment

Compensation: $25/hr Plus percentage of Sales and percentage of Skin care sales . will vary depending on experience
