Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Office Administrator to manage daily operations and provide exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient front desk management, patient coordination, and smooth office workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments using Jane App and manage staff calendars
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
- Perform data entry, document proofreading, and billing (including Telus and WSIB)
- Provide professional customer service and resolve patient concerns promptly
- Support filing systems (physical/electronic) and office inventory management
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and overall clinic efficiency
- Houskeeping responsiblities : Performing Laundry, ensuring the place is clean
Qualifications
- Administrative or medical office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with Physio/Chiro/Massage clinic workflows is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software (e.g., Jane App, Telus)
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and documentation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
